We ship worldwide via UPS or USPS. Shipping and insurance rates will be calculated at check out based on the package size, priority, and destination. A tracking number will be sent to your email address when the order ships.

Grijak Jewelry guarantees that each piece is free from defects or material issues. If you ever have an issue, please get in touch and we will work with you to repair your piece, which will be complementary if there is a defect in the materials or workmanship. If damage is caused by normal wear and tear, all attempts will be made to repair your item, but a service or material fee may be required, which will be discussed and approved by you before work is done. Returns for any other reason must be made within 15 days of receipt, and will be for store credit only. Purchaser must return the item to Grijak unused and in the same condition it was received, and pay for adequate shipping insurance to ensure the value of the piece should it be lost or damaged in transit.
